Dr. Lindsey Ruppel, DO
Dr. Lindsey Ruppel grew up in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho enjoying the great outdoors and quiet pace of life in the Northwest. She met her husband in middle school, and he accompanied Dr. Ruppel on her journey to become a physician in Sandpoint, Idaho.
She finds it rewarding working with families and developing a collaborative relationship with her patients. She is passionate about serving all ages of patients. Her special interests in medicine include pediatrics, women’s health and the challenge of managing both acute and chronic illness. She also enjoys procedural medicine such as skin issues, osteopathic manipulation, colposcopy and endoscopy.
Dr. Ruppel received her undergraduate degree from University of Idaho and completed her medical education at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Washington state. She went on to residency training in Spokane, Washington. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
In her free time, Dr. Ruppel loves spending time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys running, cooking, skiing and huckleberry picking.
