Kate earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and her Nurse Practitioner degree from Vanderbilt. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Kate earned her Master’s in Science from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine where she studied Infectious Disease. Prior to joining Woodlands, Kate worked at a Federally Qualified Health Center for patients of all ages with a wide variety of medical problems. Additionally, she utilized her degree in Infectious Disease by providing care to patients with Covid-19 during the Pandemic. Her goal is to provide evidence-based medicine to promote the well-being of the patient.
When she is not at work she enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, attempting new recipes, going to concerts and spending time with her family. She is excited to serve the community of North Idaho.
